If you are an estate agent or solicitor, you will be aware that Domestic Energy Assessors are the only representative in the Home Information Pack (HIP) collation process to visit your client's property and no doubt you will expect the first class service associated with your business.

 

If you are a homeowner, selling your property, please contact us to provide your Home Information Pack. You will know your assessor for the Energy Performance Certificate. This certificate is the key energy performance rating on your property which forms part of the Home Information Pack. You will receive the same level of service as any national provider for your Home Information Pack.

 

If you are concerned about the environment, your own domestic carbon emissions and home efficiency, contact us to complete an energy report on your home. This service will include a full energy survey, written feedback and certificate on the energy performance of your home. We can also be on hand to provide further information and advice about the certificate and its contents.

 

If you are a housing association, you will need to have Energy Performance Certificates in place for all your housing stock from October 2008.
